The 5 Micron String Wound Sediment Filter reduces sediments in the water such as sand, rust, silt & scale up to five microns. This is an ideal filter for any type of filter system, including your Life Ionizer. The 5M pre-filter fits standard ten-inch housings which you can purchase here.
