How to Reverse Aging: A scientific breakthrough by Life Water Ionizers
It’s the next best thing to the Fountain of Youth, simple diet and lifestyle changes that can actually reverse aging. Two recently released breakthrough studies have shown that you can reverse some of the oxidative damage that aging has done to your DNA by switching to an alkaline diet, getting moderate exercise, and reducing stress. Both studies also revealed that alkaline lifestyle and diet changes drastically
Telomeres are protein caps that protect your DNA from oxidative damage
lower your risk of developing degenerative diseases. (Ornish, Dean, Jue Lin, and et al 2008, 2013).
How the Reverse Aging Diet was Created
The alkaline diet used to reverse aging was first developed for a study called Increased telomerase activity and comprehensive lifestyle changes: a pilot study. This study was followed up by another study to confirm the results called Effect of comprehensive lifestyle changes on telomerase activity and telomere length in men with biopsy-proven low-risk prostate cancer: 5-year follow-up of a descriptive pilot study. Both of these studies were published in The Lancet – one of the world’s most prestigious medical journals. This is the exact diet followed in the study:

Exercises to Reverse Aging
Exercise is just as important as diet for reversing aging, but it doesn’t have to be strenuous! Instead, study participants walked 30 minutes per day, 6 days a week. And performed stress-reducing exercises one day per week: Yoga-based stretching, meditation, breathing exercises, meditation, positive thinking, and progressive relaxation techniques.
Alkaline water and the Reverse Aging Diet
Hydration is a critical part of any healthy diet, and so is detoxification. Alkaline water from a water ionizer hydrates and detoxifies better than plain water. Alkaline water’s link to anti-aging is that it helps maintain the body’s alkaline buffer. Research shows that alkaline water hydrates about 17% better than regular water, and alkaline water has been shown to help the body excrete 10 toxic heavy metals. (Heil, P and Seifert, J.) (Rosborg, I, B Nihlgard, and L Gerhardsson) (Abraham, Guy, and Jorge Flebas) (Zeuthen, Thomas, and Dan Klaerke).
The best way to detoxify your body is to avoid putting toxins in it in the first place! Alkaline water from a water ionizer enables you to avoid toxins by neutralizing toxic residues on the fruits and vegetables that the Reverse Aging diet is based on. You simply soak your produce in alkaline water for 20 minutes prior to preparing them. Plain water does not neutralize toxic residues. You can prepare your food and beverages with alkaline water to make them more alkaline as well.
